Economic Mosaic keeps this simple: we collect the minimum we need to run a newsletter and an account, and we don’t sell your data.

What we collect

When you create an account or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address (and, if you provide it, your name). If you sign in, we store a session so you stay logged in. That’s the extent of the personal data we ask for.

How we use it

Your email is used to send the weekly digest and, where relevant, account-related messages. We do not use it for anything you didn’t sign up for.

What we don’t do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We don’t share your email with advertisers.

Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe at any time from your account dashboard, or by replying to any newsletter email. Once you unsubscribe, we stop sending you the digest.

Data storage

Account and subscription data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase). Access is restricted to the publication’s operator.

Saved articles

Tapping “Save” on an article stores that locally in your own browser, not on our servers. It’s tied to this device and browser, not your account, so it won’t follow you to another device, and we never see or have access to what you’ve saved.
